I must say it was a strange week at Whipper. Late last week, I received a phone call from an anonymous person who requested we feature more content on women. The person was very rude and obnoxious. I didn’t really think creating an Australian climbing website would ever attract this kind of behaviour. So as requested from Mr Anonymous I dived into the Whipper resources. But alas, no content on women.

So I thought maybe I could put together a post on how to impress women. Now I have had very bad experience impressing women, so I thought I’d approach someone who would be a bit more qualified.

Naturally, Simon Mentz was the first to offer his advice on the matter, and as you would hope, it was all ignored. Thankfully, Bisso put his hand up and sent some tips in. He did the modelling in Switzerland on a classic multi-pitch that will never be remembered or climbed again because of the quality.

When you don’t think your helmet will pick up chicks, just put your undies on it and see what happens.

Look cool, calm and collected when approaching the crux. Bisso is doing a great job here (for once).

If there’s a plastic hold on the climb hide it from their eyes.
